I decided to make Amy slightly sick. Her sickness won't last long though, but I wanted to have a thread with anyone who is already sick, or cartakers, I don't care =D

Knowing that eveything is alright
It was because she felt kind of odd, the reason why she was taking a walk, and she had no idea where she was going or why she felt the way she did. It worried her that she had no idea why she felt this way, and if she was begining to get sick she had to have eaten something; So then if she did eat something foul, wouldn't she feel better soon? She hoped so. Being blind and unable to take care of yourself at times made it hard for her to cope with a sickness; She had heard of most wolves dying because of it.

Was she going to die now? No, no she was over reacting; She was fine. Just a little headache. What if this headache turned into a disease? Oh god was she worried. Amy hardly ever fell sick, and when she did, she was a worrier, which often made her sicker.

So now she was walking to no where and worrying her little furry butt off about a headache; And what was that she smelled? Fire? Oh my god the trees are on fire. Amy immediately began to panic. This was not something she needed right now, fire, and a panic. What if she got caught on fire? What if a tree fell on her? Oh god.

However without sight she had no idea that there was no fire at all. She smelled it that was for sure, but there was nothing; Nothing but her own mind. Though she swore there was a fire near, and still thought it was right there infront of her, so she felt like she should yell for help. Fire! FIre! She yelled at the top of her lungs. Being blind didn't help teh situation, she had no idea where teh fire was.

She stopped to think for a moment. Where was she? The place smelled kind of familiar, like a creek. Oh god she was in Silver Creek. Silver Creek is on fire! And she is trespassing! What should she do now? What if they blamed her for the fire? The poor brown and grey female ran around in circles trying to think of something to do. What could she do now?

'ello. ;D I've juuuust put Chogan down as a puppy medic. >) This'll be his first encounter with the disease.

Weird – that had been his verdict even before the panicked circles and cries of fire! when the only thing around that even came close was the vibrant cinnamon red dusted along his own back (and even then, only in certain light). The dumb-struck field-dweller hadn't really expected to run into a raving lunatic when he crossed Silver Creek's borders that morning, eager to visit at least one of the mounting number of acquaintances he had gained in the area – but here he was, less than ten meters upwind from a very peculiar creature, and she didn't seem to have noticed him yet. For a while he'd been content to watch, hoping she might come to her senses without outside intervention. But the longer he watched, neatly perched on a low, rounded rock with eyes and ears glued on the confused lady, the more obvious it became that she wasn't getting any better. Before the third cry of fire!, he decided it was high time to do something before she gave herself a heart attack.

”There'sa no fire, no worries!” He called out, leaping from his perch and trotting in a tight half-circle until the wind caught his scent and carried it in her direction, hoping the presence of another wolf in her nostrils might go some way to calm her down – she must've sensed the imaginary fire somehow, and Chogan felt certain it wasn't through sight. Cautious, head lowered and body on high alert lest this wolf went on the defensive, he approached and spoke again, softly this time: ”'s no fire anywheres, is'okay.”

=D yeah this won't last too long, but poor Amy..thinks she can see again.

Knowing that eveything is alright
It was certainly strange to suddenly smell another wolf near. This scent was mixed in with the odd smell of burning wood, or fire. He spoke to her, telling her there was no fire, and she had to believe him cause he had eyes that could see, she was just panicking over what she smelled. How do you know? You smell that? Burning wood! SILVER CREEK IS ON FIRE MAN! She shouted rather loudly to the other wolf toward the end. By now she had finished running in circles, but instead was thrashing her head about trying to "see" where the fire was; No use she still couldn't see.

What was she going to do now? This other wolf didn't have the enhanced nose like she did, so maybe she could smell and oncomming fire and he couldn't; Though that did make her feel better, it wasn't near, but poor Silver Creek was probably up in flames. We have to go tell all the wolves in SIlver Creek, before they burn to a firey crisp! SHe then began to walk a certain way. Where was she going? She had no idea. He headache now was starting to get stronger bu the fire made her ignore it; No sense worrying about your own health when innocent wolves in Silver Creek were going to die.

Hold up now. This was odd. Amy stopped where she was, which was not to far from where she had been running around. She swore to go she could see something. Well how could that be, she was blind; Blind wolves don't just "see" right away. What did she "see" exactly? Well it was odd really, she didn't believe it herself, she saw fuzzy picture of a rabbit. Was that really there?

On the otehr side of reality, we bring you what was really going on. There was no fire, she only imagined it, and still is, and there was no rabbit, she is still blind. In fact she was staring straight at Chogan, which is weird cause how would she know he was there? He wasn't a rabbit, he was a wolf trying to help, but why had Amy seen this "rabbit?" She must be sick.

Oh my sweet god. I can see again! Hello mister rabbit! A tear came to her eyes; This was a miracle.

I hope it's not a problem that I'm throwing Cep in right now. I love these sickness-themed threads and didn't want to miss an opportunity to join another.

During her ten or so days as a victim of the epidemic, she had ventured to several places, staying home about half the time but also venturing out to the Forbidden Swamp quite a lot - and, in truth, she was convinced that there was a conspiracy out there involving a magnetic force, which was attempting to pull her in for some reason; maybe to kill her. But, anyway, at the moment she was not in the 'Fields, nor was she in that mysterious, creepy place...hey, she wasn't even in the mutual lands at all. Her stumble-walk, which was quickly becoming a trademark of sorts during the days of illness, had carried her to Silver Creek's lands. On a regular day, she wouldn't have arrived so confidently; the last time she had come onto another pack's lands unannounced, the results hadn't included good things for her. However, her current mental condition did not allow her to realize exactly what she was doing or where she was going - thus, the current situation.

Her ears perked up curiously as she heard someone shouting about a fire. Deception glanced around wildly, and although her vision was blurry, and she could only see out of one eye in the first place, she did not spot any smoke and/or fire. But then again, what did she know?! She figured that her eye was probably playing tricks on her, trying to tell her that she was safe from being burnt to a crisp, whereas, for all she knew, the fire could be a yard away from her! She quickly ran off in the source of the voice, just for the sake of finding out more, and found an adult female who had clearly issued out the yells. There was also a male pup, whom she would have recognized if not for her current state of amnesia. He was trying to convince the adult that there was no fire - but whether she fell for it or not, Cep wasn't going to believe him instantly. "How you do know there's fire not?" she slurred drunkenly to him, "Can't be sure."

How do you know? You smell that? Burning wood! SILVER CREEK IS ON FIRE MAN!

Chogan gave the crazed wolf an incredulous look – what did she mean, how? Without thinking, he blurted out: ”Uhm, eyes? They sees, and there IS NO FIRE.” She stopped in front of him, dangerously close now – what if whatever demon had conquered her mind jumped ship and went for someone a little younger, a little less in control? Just to be on the safe side, the Strawberry backed away, maintaining his body on high alert. Who knew – next she might decide that he was a-

Oh my sweet god. I can see again! Hello mister rabbit!

Shit. Chogan’s expression and body posture underwent an instant transformation – his face contracted, eyes becoming livid slits and lips drawing back over small, glistening teeth. Along his back, the hairs stood to attention – a cluster of particularly long strands in the nape of his neck rivalling a porcupine’s quills. No, he told her, his voice dangerously low. Last chance, now. But a second, equally confused voice cut in, jolting him into temporary silence – he spun, making sure both of them were in clear view. Wait – wasn’t she a pack member? ...did it matter? No - if family could do such awful things to you, there was no telling what a pack mate might try.

”I’m NOT a rabbit, there’sa NO fire, and you are BOTH CRAZY…dudes.”

Hope you don’t mind me jumping in. If you do, just tell me and go ahead to delete this. I figured Chogan may need a little backup from someone sane, heh. ^^

in this lifetime it better be the right time
the first time might be your last time

Wandering absently through the lands in search of anything or anyone he could find that needed assistance or a good look at seemed like a new pastime. Whenever the obsidian male got the chance he was off and about, making sure to take advantage of the short amount of time he had to try and help others before he returned to tending to his mate. She was the main priority to him, but her state wavered each day between remembering who he was to trying to scare him off with bared fangs. This whole ideal was stressful to every extent. And there was still no word of a cure.

Meandering along a spring that ran from Silver Creek, Element’s ears perked as distant shouts reached his ears. Stopping abruptly, he raised his head and swiveled his ears towards the source of the noise, listening intently to piece together the words. Distinctly, he heard ‘Silver Creek’ called out in the mess, but there was one key word he knew he was missing. Narrowing his eyes in concentration, he waited for the voice to ring out again.

“FIRE!”

His eyes shot wide, his silvery gaze firing through the trees, his nose shooting skyward as he inhaled deeply trying to pick up the scent. Oddly enough… nothing came to him. Was it something small that started somewhere and was yet to build? If that was the case, there was no time to waste. Turning his back on the spring Element shot off in the direction of the voice, ears plastered to his skull as he focused intently ahead. In no less than a few minutes he skidded into a clearing, eyes wide as he took in the sight. No fire. Three wolves. One younger than the other who seemed upset and angry. He was glaring down the other two, fur prickled along his back and posture defensive. What was going on?

Sidling up to the youngest male Element let out a bark, making his presence known so he wouldn’t be rounded on in surprise. Immediately, one of the other wolves caught his attention – a black female with a look in her eyes he’d seen a few times before already. She was sick. That distant expression and particular scent he could catch even from this distance was a sure sign of it. A dark ear flicked a top his head and he kept his gaze on the two adults as he addressed the other male. “What’s going on?” Element’s voice was unsure, low and wary. This just didn’t seem right at all.

OUT OF CHARACTER

xD This was just too amusing to pass up.

INSIDE CHARACTER

It was amazing, astounding! In fact, it was absolutely stupendous, terrfic, and great! The headaches were gone, the nausea and spinning were gone, the seeing double! Disease had at long last been purged from her system, and so Kioko danced and danced, reveling in the previously lost freedom of being in full health. Oh, it was just so great to be alive! So what if she hadn't the faintest idea who she was, where she was, and why the hell she was here, just so long as the stupid sickness had stopped! Hallelujah; praise the Lord that the sickness was finally gone. Really, living with it the past few days had been bloody awful, between the all that spinning and bumping into things and hurting her head and passing out and having blank spots in her memory and... yeah. It hadn't been fun, suffice to say. Honestly, it was better to not have a damn clue who you were than to have all that icky illness stuff. That kind of stuff just made life really miserable, but not knowing who she was, the teen could live with that. There would always be time to ask all the other wolves she met if they knew who she was. No doubt some of them would be able to tell her just what had gone on in her own life.

A fire? What? Where? Who? When? Why? How? Okay, this was just gteting ridiculous now. Golden optics scanned the area nearby, a sensitive black nose scented the air cautiously. What in the name of all that was good and holy were those wolves over there going on about? There was no fire — she didn't smell it, she didn't see it because there was none. Baffled but curious, the grey female began to trot off in the direction of the other four wolves. Hey, maybe they'd even know who she was!

"I don't see a fire." She stated reasonably, probably sounding for all the world like a completely healthy wolf. Of course, that was what she believed she was, (memory loss wasn't that bad in comparison to all the other crap) but obviously she wasn't, considering that she didn't have a damn clue as to who she was. Amnesia wasn't exactly classified as "healthy", after all. No doubt she probably sounded perfectly sane and healthy, despite her rather lack of the latter. "And he certainly doesn't strike me as a bunny." Kioko asserted again, signaling this time at Chogan as she spoke. The pup, apparently, seemed to be the only one besides her and this ebony wolf who'd just joined them to be sane and healthy. (in her mind, at least) Obviously, the one who had been screaming about fire before was off her rocker, and the other female was still ill. (judging by the way she staggered and slurred) That left her, Chogan, and Element to battle off the crazies, which, in this case, involved convincing them that there was no fire and that Chogan wasn't a bunny rabbit. Well, this ought to be interesting.

Yeah this is all kind of completely random xD

Knowing that eveything is alright
Amy was too excited to "see" again to notice the other wolves. She ignored them and gave the biggest smile she could. Oh my god this sickness cured my blindness But as soon as she said it it was gone. The eternal darkness she was doomed to look at every waking, and sleeping, hour of her life. She stopeed to figure this out, tears almost in her eyes. I-I don't understand. She looked around, even though she couldn't see a thing, in confusement. That rabbit, it was there, she swore.

Not only that but the smell of burning wood, or fire, was not therre, just the creek. No fire... She said almost like it was a miracle. Then address the youngest wolf, who was very upset with this whole thing, and didn't even try to try to look at him; No use she can't see him anymore. Why're you so upset? It was like nothing ever happened. Had she forgot the whole thing? Yelling fire and "seeing" a rabbit; What else could she screw up.

Then she noticed the other wolves. One, by the smell, was very sick. She had believed as well, in her own insane mind, that there was a fire. Amy though this wolf was obsurd. There is no no fire you dolt. She said, now looking into the trees. She wasn't crazy this time, just blind. Though she felt sorry for this crazy nutcase, the poor thing was probably scared to death, of everything.

Now another wolf, she could smell him. He was sane by the sound of his voice, so he too was trying to shut Amy, and this other wolf, up. He was rather stern. Who said the creek was on fire? I know I didn't. It was probably her. She said once again, trying to prove her innocence. Amy was obviously talking about the crazy female next to her. It made perfect since, blame it on the crazy.

Ah, a familiar voice. Kioko, the crazy savior of sharp rocks. Finally someone she can rust was around. He is not a rabbit, I know. Who said he was? There she did it again. She was lying her furry ass off. What was wrong with her.

Then all of a sudden, out of nowhere, she screamed. OH MY GOD I AM BLIND! Oh boy.

She smiled in insane but silent laughter, as the young male seemed to become quite irritated at the antics of the other two. It wasn't their fault that he was so blind - or perhaps nasally incompetent - that he couldn't tell that the 'Creek was on fire! Actually, Deception couldn't tell, either, but the blind female had managed to convince her that it was, and that was all the 'proof' she needed. Unfortunately, she didn't consider herself crazy, so she was rather offended as the pup accused her and the other of being exactly that, calling them 'dudes' in the process. She glanced at him and said, "Not still convinced. Whatever but." She was slurring and mixing up her words even more terribly now, but of course, she was completely oblivious to it. A general lack of sanity wasn't something she typically longed for, but now that she was experiencing it, there were bonuses to it.

Soon, another male - a dark-pelted one this time, not unlike Deception - made an arrival, quickly asking what was going on. "Too explain hard to," the half-blind 'Fielder responded, shaking her head as if everyone here was completely hopeless, blind to the fact that she was probably one of the most hopeless, at the moment. Then yet another newcomer arrived, a multicolored female this time, who attempted to disprove the tale of the fire and the myth that the youngest male was a bunny. Obviously, he wasn't a bunny. "Still I'm not convinced really that fire there is none," Cep mumbled, quietly enough that one would have to be standing rather close to her in order to hear it.

She suddenly noticed that the wolf who had previously been shouting about the fire now looked sort of sad and forlorn, but before Cep could react, the aforementioned female called her a dolt, stated that the 'Creek was not on fire, and then...absolutely the worst of all...accused Cep of spreading the fire rumor! "Oh no I di-int!" she replied loudly.

This was fast turning into a morbid mix of pantomime and 'alternative theatre' – unfortunately, nobody in the gathering seemed to be acting. Chogan was just about to give up and turn tail when two comparatively sane voices spoke up – a dark male surrounded by the aura of mountain and a paler female with the same scent – Nova Mountain or Mount Shadow, he couldn't tell. They appeared just as perplexed by the scene as the young Strawberry did, but their presence had a calming effected on the stressed youngster, who immediately sidled up against the elder (sane) male and gave him a friendly nudge. ”They's all crazy-like,” he whispered, a sense of urgency in his voice, ”I d'no wha's goin' on – I'm no bunny, there'sa no fire!

Ambition yelled something about not being able to see and Deception, looking as though she'd been through more than her fair share of hard liquor, was making no sense at all. Frightened for his own safety, but also concerned for the ailing wolves, Chogan flattened his ears and fixed Element with teary, pleading eyes, like a child seeking reassurance from a parent, ”W-What're we gonna ...do with'em?”

Awwrr.... god, Chogan’s too cute. Heh.

in this lifetime it better be the right time
the first time might be your last time

He knew from the moment he stepped onto the scene and took his place beside Chogan that this was going to be an interesting day. The youngster was tense and stressed, and took right to Element’s side with a friendly nudge. The Zeta offered a small smile in return, then listened with every speck of his attention to the words the younger male was putting forth. Crazy like... it had the be the illness that was spreading around. With narrowed eyes he turned back to the two females, the dark and the light, surveying them cautiously. Whispering only to Chogan, he replied quietly. “Their sick... it’s been going around the valley.” Element wasn’t sure if the pup knew about the illness yet or not, so it was best to inform him in some way.

“I’ve seen other wolves sick too, and some of them get like this... hallucinating.” He continued, eyeing Chogan now as he spoke. His silvery gaze shot away from the youth and met another wolf – someone new approaching – as she came through the foliage. This individual he recognized; it was Kioko. Last time he had seen her she had been ill; not as bad as these two but ill nonetheless, so Element kept a wary eye on his fellow pack mate as she approached. She seemed okay now, but who knew for sure. “Hey Kioko,” he greeted cautiously, feeling guilty that even though he was an acquaintance with this female he still felt the need to have relative distance between them. All he knew for certain right now was that he and Chogan were the only ones with their heads screwed properly on their shoulders.

Chogan’s hurt words reached Element’s ears, and he met the child’s tearful eyes. What were they going to do about all this? Guilt ebbed through the male as he took in the pups expression, grimacing. He leaned forward, bumping the younger males chin softly in reassurance. “We’ll figure something out, okay?” He said, nodding. They would eventually. “Let’s try to help them out for now in any way we can.”

Returning his focus to the two that were most certainly ill, Element kept a careful watch on them. The lighter female worried him more than the darker one talking... well, backwards. Stepping forward he addressed her carefully. “Alright, its okay about the fire. It doesn’t matter who said what about it because were safe, okay? There’s no fire here.” Looking between Deception and Amy, hoping they wouldn’t start another outburst about flames in Silver Creek, the Shadower continued. “And... miss?” He didn’t know the lighter female’s name, but pushed on anyways. She had said something about her blindness being cured earlier... yet now she was proclaiming she was in fact blind. “Calm down, alright? Tell me what’s wrong.”

Out of Character
I hope it is alright that I skip Kioko's turn so we can finish this thread up =3
In Character
Someone was addressing her now; Asking what was wrong. She was freaking blind! That is what was wrong. I'm blind now! What am I going to do. She was to confused to realise that she has always been blind, always will be, and that she is being a crazy goose now. You think I am going to be left behind now? Throw in the dust, hated cause I can't see? What will Sinistra do if he finds out that I am blind. The brown female was seriously freaked out now; She thought that she was going to be thrown out of the pack now.

What caused her to be so, forgetful, crazy, ill? Was it that sickness she had heard about? This other male happened to be acting just as crazy as her; What with this nonsense about fire, and so forth, maybe he was feeling ill as well. Why do we keep talking about some stupid fire. I smell no fire at all. Amy was still convinced she had never said there was a fire and that she never caught wiff of it in the first place; It was like her short term memory was erased. Can we all focus on the fact that I can not see? Someone go get tha Alpha of Nova Mountain! Amy was headed one way, or rather right towards poor Chogan and Element. Of course she couldn't see, and even though she claimed that she just became blind she walked like she had been blind all her life; Which was the case.

The blinded female then stopped right in front of the two wolves, Chogan and Element, and acted like she was staring right at them; Of course all she could see was a dark nothingness, but from the looks of it, to any other wolf, she looked like she could see. What am I doing? She aked innocently. This must be another episode; Was she back to normal? Was she just about to make some other crazy comment? None of the above. I feel kinda off. You two mind telling me what is going on? She could sense they were there; Breathing, small, "vibes." One of them seemed to be really on edge or kinda frightened, and from his scent it was a puppy. Nice to meet you two. She said with a big smile.

By permission of Karm, I'm posting. [: Sorry for the delay, everybody — I didn't mean to hold up the thread.

Oh boy, was this ever turning into a confusing mess! The older female was wandering around screaming that she was blind and that they needed to go get the Nova Mountain Alpha, though who the hell that was, Kioko had no idea whatsoever. The other ill female was staggering around and slurring her speech as though she was completely and utterly wasted, and in the midst of it all the peppery teen still hadn't the faintest idea who she was, where she was, or why the hell she was here. Meanwhile, back on the ranch, the seemingly sane, dark male was saying "hi" to some wolf named Kioko and conversing in hushed tones with the puppy. Who was this Kioko wolf? The blind one, maybe, or the drunk one? Perhaps the puppy? Hold on, if it was one of them, then why was he looking at her as he said it? Her name was not Kioko! Hold on, or was it? Nah, it couldn't be — could it? Of course not — she had no idea who this guy was. Then again, she had no idea what anything was anymore. Maybe it was her after all. Oh bother; now she was getting confused.

"Kioko? Who's that? It's not me, is it? 'Cause I don't know you. Wait, do I? Have we met before?" Her voice was typical confusion mixed with curiousty as she eyed Element oddly, completely baffled by the situation. So many questions she had and yet so few answers. Heck, she had none, thus far. But that was the point of asking questions, was it not? And where are we? Who are all of you? Do I know any of you? And who's Sinistra, and the Nova Mountain Alpha!? Somebody tell me, please, what's going on." Where the silver femme's voice had started at a reasonable, soft level, it quickly rose in intensity, a note of frustration injecting itself in her vocals. Why did she have forget everything like this!? Screw the illness, this was all it's fault! Sure, it had decided to stop with the spinning and the nausea and the headaches today, but now it was just attacking her again in a different way with this stupid memory loss! It wasn't fair — why wouldn't it just leave her alone?

Narrowed eyes; a tense, rigid body; and a low, rumbling growl described the adolescent's frustration perfectly as she expressed her anger at nothing in particular, other than perhaps the illness. Seeing as the others didn't know that, no doubt she looked (and sounded) like a complete, stark raving mad nutcase. Just another crazy to be discarded to the loony bin.

"I feel kinda off. You two mind telling me what is going on?"

Despite the fact that this question would also answer one of the many questions Kioko desperately needed a reply to, the fact that she had already asked seemed only to frustrate the female even more. "That's exactly what I want to know!" She yelled exasperatedly, stalking a few paces towards Element and Chogan, ears now drawn back and muzzle opened in the beginnings of a snarl. Was she overreacting? Of course she was. The illness was far getting the better of the Mount Shadow girl, possessing her thoughts. She was tired and sick and frustrated and it was starting to get with her — making a mountain out of a molehill, as it were. "Well, are you going to tell us, wolf?" Kioko asked, glaring at Element and taking a another couple of paces towards him. "And something more than there's not a fire and he's," She signaled to Chogan. "Not a bunny! I want a real explanation! Out with it!" Hooray for being unreasonable.

Sorry if this post is awkward or short. It's been a while since I was in a large thread.

The male pup proceeded to approach the wolf who had voiced his curiosity as to what was going on, but unfortunately, he had whispered, and so Deception had no way of knowing most of what he was saying. What she did catch was that he wondered what they were going to do with the crazy ones. Her jaw dropped, though she quickly shut it again, and her eyes widened - she didn't bother to remedy the latter. It almost sounded as if Chogan was plotting to incapacitate them! Deception had gone into such a state of shock from this discovery that she was only able to open and shut her mouth, not saying anything and not moving. However, her surprise faded away into a more neutral mood as the dark-pelted male mentioned that they would try to help the sick ones. All right, so at least she wasn't going to be killed, after all.

The obsidian male soon took action, assuring Deception and Ambition that there was no fire here and that they were all safe, and asking the lighter female what was wrong. She responded that she was blind, and seemed to be worried about someone named Sinistra who would apparently be upset to find that out. Her mood swings continued as she advised everyone to stop talking about the fire, and then told them to go and summon the alpha of Nova Mountain. ”Why do you need a Nivvy Moosetown dude?” Cep inquired, completely jumbling up the name of the pack, despite having heard it in the past. Suddenly, she realized that the alpha who had been mentioned was probably Sinistra, whom she had also spoken of. ”It's not like he can...make that pup-guy stop freaking out or...or extinguish an imaginary fire...but maybe he can make us all better! Oh, goodness! SINISTRA, USE YOUR WITCHCRAFT TO HEAL US ALL!” But, of course, everything she said was completely meaningless and rather thoughtless, with the epidemic to blame.

As for another of the lighter females - Kioko, as the dark male had referred to her - she was asking for explanations and answers rapidly, not understanding who Sinistra and/or the Nivvy Moosetown alpha was, or what was going on at all. Cep shook her head hopelessly. Would this insanity ever be remedied?

Whilst the rest of the wolves argued about what was to be done about absolutely nothing, the right-hand side of Chogan’s equation for predicting whether or not it was likely that things would get better any time soon showed a very large, very negative number. Kioko spat something at Element, soon followed by Deception’s loud, wailing tones. Ambition seemed utterly lost in her own little bubble of alternative reality. Things were crazy. Too crazy. Chogan snapped.

”ALL STUPID BOOBS GOTTA SHUT UP,” he hollered, his eyes betraying a fiery rage that would’ve manifested itself as lobster red skin and an urgent tick if the gathering had been of humans. Not about to stop there, the flustered Strawberry leapt into the centre of the utterly peculiar gathering and roared with all his might, nodding first to Deception and then the newly re-blinded Ambition as he yelled: ”SHE AND SHE ARE CRAZY, OKAY? THEY THINKS THERE IS FIRE ‘CAUSE THEY ARE CRAZY, THEY THINK THEY ARE NOT BLIND BECAUSE THEY’S CRAZY, THEY ACT SILLY ‘CAUSE THEY’S CRAZY. YOU AND YOU AND ME AREN’T CRAZY, I AM NOT A BUNNY, THERE NO FIRE IS, AN’ BLIND-CRAZY WOLF THINKING HER AFFA – SINISTRA – THROW HER OUT ‘CAUSE SHE BLIND, BUT SHE D’NO HE ALREADY KNOW ‘CAUSE SHE THINK IT HAPPEN JUST NOW, BECAUSE. SHE. CRAZY!” Following which he very nearly died, but upon discovering it wasn’t yet his time, the panting youngling settled for fixing each and every one of the three females gathered – Element, thank heavens, was keeping his cool – in an critical glare.

Sorry this took so long for me, guys. Lot of stuff going on and all. I’m back and in full action now though. ^^

The Zeta’s eyes narrowed at Kioko, and he side stepped closer to Chogan, ears flattening against his skull. Okay, so it seemed she wasn’t sane either. It was only he and Chogan in this whole mess of five that were actually normal. He fixed Kioko with a hard stare as she approached, and it soon morphed into a heavy glare when she began to show the beginning traces of a snarl. His own lips curled back slightly, but no sound came from him immediately. She was angry, and he wasn’t too keen on some crazy angry female getting much closer. Right now, his main goal was not only to try to sort this whole confusion out, but to make sure Chogan was safe too. He didn’t think any of the females were dangerous… maybe to themselves but not to Element and the young fielder. Except Kioko seemed borderline on keeping what little cool she had and looking like she wanted to pounce. That part he didn’t like much.

Element shifted, turning his body so a majority of Chogan’s figure was blocked from Kioko’s sight by his own mass, and kept his eyes on her in a steady lock. Everyone had so many questions, and he only wished he could answer them all reasonably. Key detail…. They were all INSANE. “Everyone…” Element started quietly, trying to turn attention to himself instead of the random jumble of flying words. “Just calm down, okay. We’ll help you out. You just need to be quiet and listen.” And after that, he was opening his mouth to speak again when a mini explosion rang out behind him in the form of the young wolfs voice. His ears perked, and he turned with widened eyes as Chogan roared his frustrations. He was silent for a decent amount of time after the outbreak, staring at the youngster. Okay, so that was one good way to put it. He was right, after all. They wouldn’t understand that though.

Slowly, he turned his gaze back to the others, looking rather blank. “What do you guys say for a nice escort home, huh?” Maybe that was all they could do. Make sure each and every one of these crazy canines got back to their pack. Otherwise he had a feeling they would never get this settled.

Out of Character
I held it up *slaps hand* bad Desi. Ok time to wrap this up. We all take Element's suggestion and go our separate ways. Poor Chogan *pets*
In Character
Woah woah, hold the phone; THis pup had a loud mouth on him. His screaming was giving her a headache. You sir! Please don't yell. What was his problem? Yelling didn't help her blindness. Wait, blindness...OH GOD SHE IS BLIND.

OH GOD I AM BLIND! She twisted around in some more circles before stopping to stare into space. Hey this other wolf knew Sinistra of Nivvy Moosetown; Well Amy was always sure it was Nova Mountain, but she was prone to not know things. Deceivecion! Was that the other wolf's name? Well it is now. Escort me to Nivvy Moosetown! We must grab ahold of Sinistra's witchcraft! Go go go. They would be off and out of Chogan, and Element's fur.

Amy turned around, having no idea if that was the right direction, and bolted away. Follow me Decietcion! This is the way to Nivvy Moosetown. She was gone.

*cracks up at Deception and Chogan's posts* Oh man, I love Chogan. <3

"SINISTRA, USE YOUR WITCHCRAFT TO HEAL US ALL!"
ROFL. That was priceless.

Having been staring down Element for an answer to her question, Kioko was caught completely unawares at Chogan's outburst, and she whirled immediately to face him. While she did not appreciate being called a "stupid boob", the peppery teen was at least very happy to finally get some answers, and so she sat placidly through the pup's hollering rant, listening attentively. By the end of it, despite her current resentment for getting the title of "stupid boob", the adolescent felt she had a much better grasp on the situation, though she still hadn't the faintest idea who she was, where she was, who any of them were, et cetera. At least she knew who was crazy and who wasn't now (at being called sane, the Takahasi girl felt a burst of pride). That was certainly better than nothing, was it not?

Speaking of the crazies, they seemed to be about to head off to some place known as "Nivvy Moosetown". While Kioko hadn't the faintest idea where that actually was, she could at least go with the crazies and make sure they got there alright. Heavens only knows what they'd be capable of, if left to thier own devices.

"I'll come with you to... uh... Nivvy Moosetown?" The grey female offered, nodding briefly to Chogan and Element before heading off after Ambition. She'd make sure these two didn't kill themselves along the way.

It's humornapped from a movie, in a way. :o But in another thread, I had her saying 'shoo flu shoo, go away,' and that was humornapped.

She glanced at the male pup as he shouted that all of them had to shut up, but that glance turned into an incredulous stare as he continued to yell. It was quickly becoming an actual rant, about exactly why they were obviously crazy, and why they had to shut up…after a while, Cep more or less lost track of it and turned her head away from him, only partly listening. As his tirade finally finished, she could tell that he was panting – of course, that didn’t come as much of a surprise. She would have been out of breath, too, if she had been ranting for such a long time – and she had a considerably larger set of lungs than he did, being an adult. The obsidian male, on the other hand, was handling the situation in a calmer fashion. He assured them that the ones who were actually healthy would help them out, and that they needed to be silent and pay attention.

Last but not least, the dark-pelted male asked them what they thought of an escort home. Deception deflated noticeably; her shoulders sunk and her head lowered slightly as she finally realized that she had probably been quite a nuisance throughout all of this. Nonetheless, she didn’t let it get to her. The illness kept her spirits so high that she hardly even cared as the other insane female shouted that she was blind. But then she urged Cep to follow her to Nivvy Moosetown, which, as a direct acknowledgment, was quite impossible to just brush off. Then the lighter-pelted female stated that she would accompany them. Shrugging, Deception set off in the same direction as the other two, not actually planning to cross into Nivvy Moosetown. She planned to, at some point, make a sneaky getaway to Strawberry Fields – where she always wanted to be.

I think we're done here. :D Nice work, guys.

Chogan felt his hope for wolf kind in face of terrible disease slip off the edge of the world. Raising his voice seemed to have had no effect on Ambition, whose fixation on Nivvy Moosetown was quickly spiraling out of control. Kioko, however, quietened down, as did fellow packmate – he suspected it had more to do with Element's reigning calm than his own frantic screaming, but decided against admitting this out loud. There was no need – they were parting ways, but Deception had picked the wrong wolves to follow. Chogan left Element to his own devices and followed, pushing between the run-away Strawberry and the wolf she had chosen to walk beside. ”This way,” he ordered, and began to use his weight to influence her direction, ears slicked back and his expression one of great annoyance despite the seeds of worry which stirred his heart.

”I see yous dude,” he called back to Element, offering his partner in sanity an encouraging nod. With luck,he would guide the delirious Novian back home and return home with Kioko. Chogan, meanwhile, would be taking Deception as far as his itching limbs would allow. He had to see Arsenio. Something was very wrong.
