She missed the gleefull histeria which she had experienced when she had first started feeling sick. She really couldn't remember anything from then, but she didn't remember feeling as bad as she did now. The buzzing in her head had not let her sleep for days, and as she sat here at high noon, her eye lids feeling like lead, she looked out onto the landscape, wondering how this would end. She wanted sleep to come, and wondered to be rescued from the buzzing. She whined louder and louder, shaking her head, the buzzing had to stop, and maybe, just maybe she could sleep. Had the buzzing truly always been there? If it had why was it bothering her so much now? She concentrated on it, becoming frustrated with herself, if only she could make it stop.
She began to dig furiously. Kill it. Kill the buzzing now. Kill it! She dug deeper, throwing the soil all around it, beating into the ground as she chanted inside her brain that she had to kill it. She dug until her toes chaffed and she looked around, needing to kill it. The buzzing had to stop bothering her now! She started to run through the woods, barking madly until finally she collapsed near a tree and began to howl at the sky. Please, it had to stop. She sobbed to Tor, the Goddess which had helped her before.

I hesitated to join at first because I wasn’t sure if I should throw myself in another thread or not… but what the hell! Lol. I’ve been wanting a thread with Wip and I realize I’m not in enough anyway. ^^
in this lifetime it better be the right time the first time might be your last time
His reason for being far from home today was to go out and try and catch a decent meal. Sure, Mount Shadow offered good grounds for hunting in its surrounding territories, but he felt like he needed to get out and explore as well. Maybe he could even take down something better than just a measly rabbit to drag back to his family. Rabbit was a plentiful meal, easy enough to catch and just enough to settle a stomach growling for a meal. But still… maybe something different from the standard menu of the past couple of weeks would be nice. None of it was really for him anyway; his main priority was his family. Feeding them was his first main concern, and then he came afterward. Kiriana was sick, and she needed all the good meals and care she could get. So that’s exactly what he ebony Zeta was doing.
Wild Fire Forest was a good place to hunt as he had decided on his stroll here. Then, before or after he caught what he wanted he could even take a side jaunt and do a few quick passes through the land for anything unusual or anyone in need of help. As he made his way through the dense underbrush, that’s just what happened.
A series of frantic barks reached the males ears, and he stopped in mid step. Eyes widening at the panicked sound of the frenzied calls his ears perked and swiveled a top his head, searching for the source. Once he had established the direction from which they came, Element took to moving again, this time his pace picking up to a steady run. He called a woofing response out to whoever was there, making his presence known before he came tumbling through the bushes. Before he even saw anyone a new sound reached him, this particular noise even more distressing than the barks. It was the sound of dreadful sobs.
Breaking through the dense brush he came to the source, a female laying at the base of a tree and shedding her tears, looking absolutely miserable. His posture slackened immediately, his ears brushing down to his skull as he lowered his head and inched closer in a non-aggressive manner.
“Hey… hey,”
he called out softly, tilting his head to the side as he took another step. Pausing a few feet away from her, he studied her with a careful eye.
“You okay there? Need any help?”

Even if she denied she was sick to everyone else, she most certainly wasn't. She felt horrible, she had a throbbing headache, and a painful stomache. The stomache she blamed the squirrel that she'd just eaten as a small snack before someone had caught her eye back in mount shadow as he disappeared with no word to where he was going, she made a careful investigation, as to run at a brisking jog to catch up with him. It wasn't exactly like Element to leave without telling her, so she had to see where exactly this guy was headed off to. He claimed to be her mate, didn't he? Yes, he said it that night in ivy hill, he was her mate. He loved here, so why hadn't he told her where he was going today? Searching frantically as she was a bit of distance away from the ebony brute, she couldn't help but think that he was lying all along, taunting her, and saying that he loved her just to make her feel like she wasn't like she was.
But as the sound of distant barking began to arouse the area in which they had traveled a pretty long way to, her ears suddenly turned to face the front, her eyes searching for whatever made that emotional, crying voice. Indeed, she was lost. She wasn't sure where she was, but she knew they just passed morning glory cascades, so they had to be around the plateau, or somewhere between the cascades and the plateau, so maybe it was the forest, because there was awfully big bunches of sinister lookin' trees 'round here, and they were pretty dogone scary to her. Shieldin' her from the pretty rays of light. Wait! Ohyeah! There was a damsel in distress calling! That was when she saw the black male began to emerge into a slightly more open area, and speak a few words. The damsel must be hiding there. She knew it, he was cheating. That liar.
Jogging at a briskful trot, she honestly wished that he wasn't. Otherwise, she wouldn't have a very good time with this. Looking from the side of one of the forested trees, she saw a gray wolf, just her size, and a year old. Okay, she was safe. Element would never go with a female that was a year older than him, that was pure distaste for the male, at least from what she recollected. Walking out of the darkening shadows, she quirked a brow, and spoke from the opposite direction he was standing. Obviously not, Element Parcurali, zeta of Mount Shadow, she spoke, joking around with him that she indeed had no special moments with him. She padded forward with her gently paws, nudging the gray wolf slightly with her muzzle. Whats the matter, now? she asked kindly, looking at the deep hole. Sickness, otherwise, you could deal with this a more apt way, instead of digging a hole. Perhaps she was trying to escape from something. Escape from her sickness? Just thinking about it, made her headache feel worse than it really was. Boy, did she need those damn tylenol pills that humans chuck down their throats.

Peculiar this sickness. It had just hit her so suddenly, she had woken up one morning feeling pretty fine, and it had just hit her. She could actually remember the exact day oddly, she couldn’t remember much these days, but she remembered the meeting between her and Charcoal, and Tiamat, and Artemis. She remembered sobbing and then just leaving. They probably thought she was weird. It was all very odd, it was as if know Wip could realize she was sick, when before she had just gone with the flow, it must have been the buzzing. The buzzing was a godsend! It was telling her she was sick, she needed the buzzing! As soon as the buzzing was gone she would not know any longer, she had to find Charcoal, her dear Charcoal, Charcoal her love he would know what to do, what if all she needed to do was eat some plant, like that one time with Ahanu.
The buzzing increased when she heard another voice, and then another, and it seemed as if the noise blurred her vision as well. It escalated to such a high amount that she thought her brain would explode. And then she heard a pop and a devastating pain in her head, to which she arched her back and grunted. The buzzing was gone, and she had lost the awareness of her sickness, just as the gray female had predicted. Ah yes, she was happily insane again, what a wonderful world! She could not even remember how she had gotten here, in the damn hole. She felt the pulsing of her claws from the strain she had put on them from the frantic digging, but she was unable to connect the two. All she knew was that she was in a hole, and that it was her hole.
Hey! This is my grave alright? It’s not my fault you didn’t think ahead, now leave me and my grave alone. It’s mine, and I am unable to share. Sorry. She spoke to them flatly, she hoped they would just…shoo away.

It's not a problem. ^^

He blinked as Kiriana came forward, staring at her in dumbfounded silence. Holy hell; what was she doing here? And… she wasn’t stumbling. Or stuttering. Or hallucinating. She actually knew who he was. Shocked, his eyes were focused on his mate for what felt like hours, only thrown back into the grips of reality when Wip spoke up. And she didn’t seem to be too happy.
Directing his gaze from Kiriana back to the wolfess in her… grave, as she called it. She was obviously sick, probably hallucinating just like the others.
“Hey, that’s okay,”
he started, shaking his dark head slowly and speaking with a clear even tone.
“You can have it, no ones going to try to take it from you, alright? Neither of us will.”
He gave a quick look in Kiriana’s direction, hoping to the heavens she’d do just that. Then, the Zeta turned back to the tawny female again.
“You don’t have to share it with anyone. But you know…”
he paused, trying to find the right stepping stones to tread wisely.
“I don’t think you need a grave yet, miss. I really don’t.”
At this point he offered a kind smile, letting it form slowly on his lips.
If he knew what in particular was wrong, then maybe he could try to help more. He smelled Silver Creek on her, so maybe the two of them (of Kiriana was in fact feeling okay herself) could manage to lead her back there and make sure she was in the open arms of her pack mates and designated caretakers. For now, the first step would be coaxing her out of this hole and having her talk to them.
“I’m Element, and how about you’re name?”
Small talk would probably be the way to go, starting easy and then working up to the idea of getting her safely home.

Sorry for the mood of this post. I kind of just went through a crying breakdown because of my life at the moment. :K
Indeed, she was pretty damn surprised when the silver creeker seemed to look at them like they were both crazy. Indeed, Kiriana wasn't experiencing anything dangerous at the moment for her sickness, just a horrible headache that wasn't going away, and a stomach ache that was clearly here to stay. She seemed to arch her back when both of them had come across her, and obviously she wasn't going to scare the female into more misery, so she slowly stepped back, hoping that she wasn't disturbing anything that the female was witnessing. Perhaps the female was having a mental breakdown and was showing it to the whole world. Thats what Kiriana would do, if she were in any kind of situation like that. She was a pretty down to earth child if given the chance, so it became clear that she just needed some time to focus on her thoughts of sickness.
Your grave? she asked, skeptical about that idea. Obviously, she was experiencing an insane streak, obviously aware of the sickness going around. We don't want to share your grave, we don't want to have it at all, she commented, quirking a rather quizzical brow at the tawny wolf. Might i ask why your in your grave? she asked calmly, seeing that the tawny wolf wasn't at all dead, so why was it digging a hole? Perhaps she thought she was dying from the sickness. Kiriana knew full-well that it probably wouldn't happen, but there was that small chance it could happen.
I'm Kiriana of Mount Shadow, as is he, she commented, giving that quizzical appeal, as she sat her bottom down on the ground, wondering just how strange this conversation could get. She did have a pounding headache, and would much rather be in her den sleeping, than here with a crazy creeker who believed she was dying or already dead. Although, things could've been much worse than this, Kiriana hoped it wouldn't get any worse.
