Whee! Sorry it took me so long! <3 I forgot I was supposed to start this, and then I was like: d'oh. XD Rainbow Mood: Angry

It was morning again and she was cheerful, ready, and willing to go traipsing off to Nova Mountain to further her affair with the dark wolf that she was spending so many of her days with now. Trotting away from her den, and feeling rather edgy today at that, the sleek young Iota Advisor made her way across the creek lands at a diagonal as she moved speedily, excited to be able to see him as soon as she could manage to do so. Now she didn’t even bother to try and consider that he might be bothered by the fact that she spent so much of her time with him, and she cared not who cared about her relationship with him. She was too happy to be brought down, she was too glad. She couldn’t imagine that anyone would try to take away her love anyway.

With a little yip she called out loud, her voice joyous. "I’m coming baby. I’m coming, Bronx." Now she even smelled like him, like a real mate did. Like he was able to leave a permanent sort of spell on her. Grinning to herself she picked up the pace, scenting the air as she kicked her feet up a little bit higher. Her trot became a long legged lope and she ate the ground between herself and him, not caring that it would take a good deal of energy to make the travel. He would understood, he always understood. Smiling all the more she could only help but think that each step brought her closer, each second was one less she had to live without him.

Hello Brit! Long time no thread eh? XD. Mood: Doubtful!

It was becoming distant, almost too far for Kimoto to track down, and again a frown was exposed. He had noticed the absence of Tiamat as of late, and when she returned, the strong scent of Nova Mountain that seemed to linger amongst her pelt. The smell was almost too strong to bare at times, moments when he wanted to barf could be detected when she was spotted, and this was all because of the result of Novian scent. They weren't right, well not all of them, but this one particular Mountaineer was who Kimoto decided to speak to Tiamat about, and this exact smell was what had been sensed apon her from time to time. Bronx he thought, his eyes rolling, when finally he gathered to all fours. His ears and tail raised to a surprisingly, and odd manner, while limbs moved at a pace able to stop Tiamat well before she exited the borders of Silver Creek. These meetings just have to stop!

It wasn't the thought of Tiamat going to Nova Mountain that got Kimoto, on the contrary, he couldn't care less if she decided to venture there half her life, though what he found sickening was that this Bronx fellow was moving in on one of his fellow members. And this just couldn't happen. Next he'd think he could just waltz in like he was a prince or something, well not on Mars or Kimoto's watch! Since the incident between the black male and the mexican, he wanted Bronx banished from Silver Creek, his scent, neither his presence wasn't to be smelled apon his packlands. Not while he still had the mind, and opportunity to kick his ass out. Wincing at the reminder of his nape scar, his scowl deepened, a growl emitted when finally she came to light. Screaming the imbeciles name like he was the heavens guardian. just what makes him so great? he thought, rolling his eyes as his tail flicked and slowly but surely he spoke to Tiamat "I hope you aren't planning on going to Nova Mountain tonight..." he questioned. The idea was horrible, no matter what she thought, and he'd be damned if Bronx thought he was welcome in the eyes of his fellow Creekers.

I know! I don’t think we’ve had a thread since that one with Den in the swamp. FROG SLAYERS! XD

The abrupt and sudden appearance of the pack’s Epsilon surprised her. She came to a slow halt and then circled round to face the male again; ignoring her desire to just keep on trucking. Tiamat wasn’t a rude wolf, and she certainly enjoyed Kimoto’s company - or she always had in the past. Even the sound of his tone and the way he phrased his question did not put her off of him. Instead she came back to stand before him, tail waving in friendly gesture and happiness, with the expression written on her face quite plainly. At this point in time she was not exactly waving her relationship with Bronx in the air - it was apparent that most Nova Mountain wolves were unaware of what went on between them - but she wasn’t hiding it either. If asked, or confronted, she would be truthful. There was no shame in that.

"Why would you hope that?" Tiamat asked him, still chipper but also curious. Her head cocked to the side and her warmth was nearly glowing. She had done her duties for the day, already having done a night time border patrol and having been around for enough time for anyone to find her if they so desired. She was doing her best and juggling a loving relationship with the neighbor-boy and keeping up on what she was supposed to be doing for the pack, though - from time to time - she did weigh out on going to see him rather than being around Silver Creek as often as she should have. That had a bit of guilt lurking behind it. She wondered if that, perhaps, was what Kimoto was here about. Maybe he needed advice on something wanted her to stay?

She would stay, of course. Bronx would understand. He knew what duty was like. Just as well as she did, and she saw him quite a bit - though it was never enough - so it wasn’t as if the stretch of time would be a long one. There was always tomorrow, after all. She shifted her weight a little bit, eyeing the Epsilon silently: simply awaiting what he might have to say to her. Tiamat never would have imagined that this was some sort of personal qualm between her mate and Kimoto. Beyond that she could not believe that it was possible that anyone would attempt to stop her from seeing Bronx; no matter what they thought of him.

this sucks! x.x

The mexican male hadn't expected to be doing this kind of thing anytime soon. He could recall, when he'd first joined Silver Creek, the time when Tiamat was the Zeta, possibly the Epsilon of Silver Creek itself, and he was bound to do what ever she asked, no matter what ridiculous request, he was to do it simply for the respect, and honor of his higher ranked friend, but when the tables turned, after her depature and return a month or so later, she was now the Iota of Silver Creek, a rank or so lower than his, and now the male had the authority to tell her what to do, and when. But was this what Kimoto really wanted? He didn't want to break the friendship between his Iota, but he also didn't want Bronx thinking he was capable of running freely through his packlands, and neither did he want Tiamat thinking she could dump her duties simply to go see an outsider. Packs just didn't run like that, duties came first, and play time last. That was that.

But as he stared into the eyes of his packmate, he could do nothing but shy his eyes away and sigh. Should he let her go, or keep his pride and be rid of her affection for the loser of Nova Mountain....decisions, decisions. "Well, we need you here, besides you shouldn't be going off to Nova Mountain too often, you know how they get when Creekers visit" the statement was true, but also selfish on his part. He just didn't want her going to see Bronx, from where he saw it, the male probably didn't give a rats tail about his Iota friend anyway. Especially with his kind of additude. Kimoto knew first hand Bronx wasn't the affectionate kind of guy... so whos to say he was to Tiamat?

Nah. School sucks, is what sucks. I've been wanting to reply to this for so long, but I never got the time. :(

Tiamat blinked at the rebuke. Had someone felt the absence of her presence, here? Glancing around briefly, as if expecting this neglected soul to come slinking from the bushes in need of her assistance she then looked back to Kimoto; obviously confused by his motives for this. While it was true that she had once been higher ranking than himself, and that he had obeyed laws of hierarchy she had never asked him to do anything against his own will; and never would have tried to intercede with his personal life – especially if it was for the mere fact that she had personal qualms with it rather than the professional sort. "I was unaware of any lack in my duty. I’m very sorry, might you tell me who was in need of my services - so I can right this wrong?" Tiamat asked him in earnest, innocent of the knowledge that there was no specific need for her, that this went deeper than the duty that he spoke of.

Shifting her weight she eyed Kimoto, wondering what exactly she should be telling him about things with Bronx. It seemed that she was caught red handed, and she certainly had no desire to lie to him. While she considered it wise to keep their relationship under wraps for obvious reasons lying about it was straight out stupid. Flicking her ears a little she murmured. "I’m not just visiting the packlands, it is just one wolf there in particular. He isn’t like the rest, he is always very happy to see me. I swear it, I would not do something to jeopardize the already fragile relationship between Nova Mountain and Silver Creek." There, that much was true. Blinking at Kimoto she wondered silently why he would have thought otherwise. Shifting her paws across the earth once more she resisted the urge to glance toward the horizon. Something odd was going on here; but she couldn’t put her finger on it.

Long wait, I know. Sorry! And this post sucks! x.x
His heart pounded in his chest when Tiamat asked the questioned he'd been hoping to avoid. In all truth, he had no idea who in the hell needed her services, the only reason he was here was because he didn't want anymore tension between Silver Creek and Nova Mountain, and of course, because Bronx didn't deserve to have any kind of relationship with one of his packmates.

"Well, if you actually stayed around long enough to find out, you'd know wouldn't you?" he questioned, his brow furrled a bit as he stepped closer to her. She was becoming irresponsible, her frequent visits to Nova Mountain was become extreme, and he would hate to hear any news of one of his pack mates, especially one whom had been around much longer than he had, get into an arguement, or disagreement with one of them.

But, as she explained her reason for leaving, his fur instantly crawled. He knew she was going to find Bronx, hell the whole valley would know as loud as she was shouting his name, and prancing around as though she were a pup, and he just couldn't allow this. "I'm sure it could wait. It isn't as though they like our company anyway, for all we know it could be some kind of set up" his brow lifted as if to say 'never thought of that eh?' before he was silent. He knew Tiamat would be growing angry soon, though he supposed he could jeopardize some on his friendship with her to keep her away from him...

Psh stop. I love your posts. :D

A little frown flittered across Tiamat’s muzzle as Kimoto dodged her question entirely. She was growing suspicious of this encounter, her heart gave a nervous little flutter in her chest. What was going on here? Flicking her ears, uncertainty plain on her features, she murmured softly. "You’re not aware of anyone in need of my talents?" It was a rhetorical question, his next comment made it quite obvious that he was here for reasons beyond neglect of her co-rank, she did not expect an answer to the first question. When he came forward she took a half step back, suddenly oddly intimidated by her larger superior, and she was not willing to be close to him. His words were treasonous. Not to his pack, but to her, and to his purpose.

"Of course it can wait, it always does for the pack. Doesn’t it? I chose duty over him." Her voice was firm this time, a sort of reprimand for his bizarre and uncalled for behavior. Flicking her ears at the male she continued. "You’re mistaken, Kimoto. Whatever you’ve heard, it isn’t true. Or, I suppose, whatever you’ve decided to conclude. Bronx loves me, and I’m not sure why you’re behaving this way – but it is insulting." Offense was plain in her voice, she took another step back from him, placing more physical distance between them. She was unsure of him now, put off by his somewhat hostile-attitude. "And even so, even if I were tricked, what does my love life matter to you? Bronx and I aren’t doing anything wrong. I haven’t broken any rules, neither of us have." And that much was true.

She pulled her slender figure up slightly; she was a slight wolf with hardly any muscle to her. A tiny thing, not meant for dominance nor for fighting, but it was clear – both verbally and physically, that she was going to stand her ground on this. Her posture changed from nervous to defensive, ready to fend off whatever he was going to throw at her. Suddenly the world wasn’t quite right anymore, it had been pulled right out from beneath her. With her heart pounding so loudly that she thought he could probably hear it she waited, wondering what he could possibly have to say to defend himself in this. He was wrong, so clearly wrong.

Aww, thankies! And it took me a while to reply to this...

In little of no time, Tiamat's anger could be sensed. He'd never saw this side of the sweet Creeker lady, and furthermore, he was sure she had yet to see his true angry side. The mexican male was even suprised at how hostile, and impatient he was growing, and with each mention of the darker males name, he merely shuddered, holding in the snarl that would soon accompany it.

His dislike for Bronx had grown quite quickly, in fact, the first time they'd met it wasn't a nice encounter and the two had been at odds since them. Especially after the attack Bronx had dared to give Kimoto. From time to time, if the chilling winds hit it just right, he could feel the increasing pain the black male had inflicted on him, and thus his hatred for Bronx continued to rise. Surely the male would get what was coming for him.

"Almost as insulting as they way Novians dare to treat us when ever we're relatively close to their packlands?" he questioned, sure that Bronx was also the reason for such hatred, the male was afterall a guardian of Nova Mountain, and in order to get into the lands, one had to pass him, and it was a true fact that Creeker's rarely got past. "In a sense, it does involve me, and your pack. Just think what kind of problem that imb...Novian wolf could bring to Silver Creek? Tiamat, there are very few of them that like us, what makes Bronx so special and or different? Because he acts as though he'll do anything for you? Please, that asshole is probably just trying to get in good with you to help spy with Sinistra" he answered, his brow furrled deeper, lips formed into that of a frown as he finished. The male had met Sin before, and was sure the male wasn't that much different from the Novian they were currently disputing about.

Exit Tia stage left. XD

Tiamat stared at Kimoto, blatant disbelief written all over her features – she couldn’t believe her ears. With wide blue eyes she took in the appearance of her once-friend in, unable to understand what had happened to this wolf, the outright insult to her mate made her hair stand on end and she had to forcefully remind herself what mayhem it would bring if she were to allow her hackles to rise, white-hot anger burned through the she wolf, coupled with the betrayal she felt by her fellow creek wolf. Was this what she had chosen over her kind and loving mate? This jealous insanity? With force behind her words she growled in a low voice. "You should remember who’s mate you’re talking to." There was a slight curling of her lip that finished this sentence, eyes fierce and flashing.

"Spy on what?" She asked him, unable to believe this insanity. "So that they can find our secret location? Or our mighty plans to fall the mountain? Or perhaps the secret entrance to our fortress!?" Each phrase was punctuated with anger, accusation, and ridicule. "Don’t be a fool, they’re not spying on us! There is nothing to spy on. And if they were to spy on us more the fools are they for we have nothing to hide, or at least I don’t. If you have any intention which you feel you must hide I doubt your motives, and not theirs." With a look of sincere distaste she fluffed her coat, still slightly outraged by the insult that he had thrown upon her and the mountain. It was not her trespass that had caused these tensions, it was behavior such as this.

"I thought more of you." Tiamat told him, through gritted teeth and with intent to harm and shock her fellow wolf, to make him re-think his actions and his stance. Turning away she began to stride off, back to him in a display of emotion and carelessness. An act to prove how little she thought of him, and how she considered him not to be a threat. Within her breast her heart beat crazily, the heights of this problem could end her place in the creek. At this point, she wasn’t even sure she wanted to stay. "We’re finished here." Added the wolf, her voice dark and final with her fury – not caring that she did not have the rank to command him, she still had the rank and the dignity to make her own choices, as an adult, as an individual.

Having said that she exited without pause, never looking back.

Ah, fun thread! Too bad Kimoto has yet another friendship to mend, but hopefully he'll be welcome to Tia's birth. He'd love to end their fued there, or maybe sooner! ^^
Deep down, the male knew he was wrong, the jumpy feelings he had in the pit of his stomach told him all the reasons why he shouldn't continue to feel this way toward Tiamat's and Bronx's relationship, but, being the stubborn Mexican he was, he stood his ground, head cocking only slightly as she voiced her comments, sizing him up only briefly as she dared to threaten him. "Bronx isn't a threat to me, if thats what your trying to indicate" he spoke, his brow furrled now as he looked at his once time friend. It was apparent that there would be a long appology before the female actually took him back into her heart. Though he was prepared for the loss, because again, he was stubborn.

And all while she spoke, trying to defend Nova Mountain and Bronx (to which she wasn't winning Kimoto over) he merely shook his head and sighed, she would never get it would she? Though, obviously she was getting tired of his additude, for shortly she stomped off, adding to the fact that she was threw with him to which he snorted, for what he was concerned as long as she didn't go near Nova Mountain she could piss and whine like a baby. Kimoto was use to pups. "Goodbye Tiamat" he added, calling to her fleeting form, a brow raised shortly after as he watched her angery stalking stance, perhaps he'd gone too far? Naw!

And with that he stalked back toward Silver Creek's heart, planning to seek a bit of solitude time on his homelands before ultimatly, he'd bring his arguement up with Sphinx, maybe she could convince him that he'd done the right thing...
