So paint it black. :)
& take it back. Rising up around him, the collectively dark slender trunks of trees extended their reaches toward the sun, the illume filtering through the assortment of leaves still clinging to the branches to pool evenly on the forest floor. Above, the canopy was an interesting array of emerald, ruby and parts in between, fluttering seamlessly in the breezes. Other than that, the gloom of the forest was deathly quiet and for the male, hugging his tri-coloured form to the reach of the shadows, it was wildly disconcerting.
Ever since the meeting with the informative Tiamat and discovering the means in which the trespassers where using to filter out into their lands, unwelcome, it was all that had processed his thoughts till he eventually stole up the passage himself. At first, there had been little in the way of life up here – wherever here was – and once he'd made his way across the grassy flat of Nova Mountain, he found himself slinking in the shadows of Whisper Forest, body lower with ears hugging his head.
He wasn't sure of the absolute purpose of his presence here, besides that of idle curiosity, but then there was always the added hope of running into the fabulous Atraiyu again.

Sorry for the delay! ^^, finally a reply! XD and yay Taka!
The only time he could recall the moment he'd ventured to Whisper Forest was the time when he was frolicking like a young pup through the lands with his now mate Sphinx. It had been quite a whiles back, and now, seeing these lands again, sent a tingle through his spine. He remembered the conversation, the game, everything they had engaged in, and what more, he remembered the time when he asked her to be his. It was a nervous time, and even to this current moment, his heart skipped a beat thinking about it. Those moments were precious, and he figured he'd do anything to keep those memories alive.
Though today, he was on a very different mission. Sphinx wasn't here, and he wasn't in the mood for frolicking, or asking another to be his, for his satisfaction with Sphinx was much more fulfilling then he could recall. Though, what had infact brought him here was the mere curiousity of an adult wolf. He was bored, having spent most of his time within the claimed lands, and a bit of the more popular unclaimed, he needed some time away from the usual, and what better place then one with memories of accomplisment and happiness?
Yet, what the male hadn't figured was the visiter of one of those tribes he'd heard some bit about on the lands. He didn't know much about what they did, where they had come from, and what ever more, but he was certain they probably didn't take kindly to strangers near their lands. It was becoming evident when ever someone tredded too close off the borders of Nova Mountain. So why here? He wouldn't in a million instances, consider one here the same time as he was. Though, the figure, neither smell lied. This wolf, a couple meters or so from where he was was not fake, he was different, and intrested Kimoto somewhat, and at the same time placed caution in his step. The male wasn't so much stupid as he was couragious. "Erm, hi" he spoke, uncertain of what to say next. Hopefully the male didn't find his presence a nusiance...

His latest escapade into the tribal grounds had been met with more than just a fantasy of ghosts, but a real live breathing wolf who had basically ordered him and his two companions to leave immediately. It was not because he wanted to trespass on purpose, but the Creeker had been curious and in the end when everything seemed to have made little sense, Takashi wanted to get out due to the scents he detected that couldn’t possibly have come from phantoms. However, one of his cohort did not agree and had ultimately made the unknown wolf show herself and received a reprimand for being around uninvited. Takashi didn’t need another warning and simply nodded his head quickly before departing.
Now in the realms of Whisper Forest, a territory he knew was within the confines of allowable Salvaje grounds, he breathed a sigh of relief, having bid farewell to both Charm and Spectre at the mouth of the tunnel. What he hadn’t been expecting was for another of the tribe wolves to be within the same area as well, thus making him jolt in surprise as the slight image of a slinking wolf came into view, followed by that every haunting scent that was of wolf but not really detectable. Still a bit rattled from the run-in with Sakari, he cleared his throat and paused in his steps. Surely, he wasn’t trespassing here.

& take it back. What would come to the forefront of Hawkspur's attention was not the desired presence of Atraiyu herself – no, he wasn't quite that lucky was he? – but the uninvited presence of another. In fact it would quickly become two others. The first would intrude upon his silence – it would seem right that he'd claimed it – with a squeaky masculine voice speaking with uncertainty a greeting in which was neither welcomed or wanted by the Hó'nehe. He stopped in his tracks and swayed his streamlined skull toward the offending wolf, which was over his arched shoulder, letting the shadows play upon his face and the narrowing of his eyes speak plainly of his displeasure.
Only before he could muster his Cheyenne marbled tones to articulate that strong feeling rousing his innards, the reverberation of a throat clearing begged his attentions to swing further over his shoulder to gaze upon yet another fellow wolf. At least he appeared to have far less stupid things to say than the first. Hawkspur coolly turned himself around to view the two males a little clearer, obviously completely at ease by their presence, whilst the argument of his sights danced in a scrutinising manner over the pair, effectively sizing them up.
Eventually, with a sound expelling from the rear of his platinum throat that's character was a simple, "Heh", his speckled brows arched as his face twisted into a rendition of perfect sarcasm. "What's this?" He mused, obviously finding a vast array of amusement in the situation and reeking a striking arrogance because of it, "You girls come to jump me?"

Sooooo sorry for the wait on this! Please forgive me! And look, it's so short too...
He didn't expect to see Takashi in the same area, but as usual, his presence was much more welcoming, and warm then the likes of Hawkspur. From the looks of it, the tribal wolf was finding Kimoto to be a nusiance, and with a quick flick of his tail, the mexican male allowed his ears to lower before he spoke. "I doubt that. I've no need to fight someone who I've just met" his brows furrled and a look of surprise was on his face as he spoke those words. Wondering just what in the hell Hawkspur was thinking to even consider Kimoto and Taka to jump him.
Glancing over to his creeker friend, he finally acknowledged him with a smile, and a nod before turning back to the tribe wolf. "My name is Kimoto, I come from Silver Creek...what about you?" he questioned, his head cocking to the side as he waited Hawk's words. pfft, jumping indeed he thought, settling steady to his haunches.

The presence of a familiar friend was a welcome, especially since his latest run-in with two Mount Shadow strangers and a female of gray fur and yellow eyes who had demanded their departures. Takashi was a bit shaken up, no doubt, and it was apparently not going to get any better for him as the sight of yet another stranger whose scent smelled faintly of the other female’s also, demanded to know why the two were here together. Nodding to his packmate as well in greeting, he waited until Kimoto had spoken before interjecting his own thoughts as well. It wasn’t necessary to anger yet another wolf when already another one in his pack was thoroughly displeased with him merely moments earlier.
”I’m Takashi, also of Silver Creek. Sorry for startling you, but we were simply here at the same time by coincidence.” A soft chuckle was emitted to ensure that he meant nothing bad by it. Afterall, he and Kimoto could almost be notorious for all the times they had run into each other and ended up having a grand old time with the two of them. Though this other wolf might not know of their history, at least by their stances alone, he would understand that the two Creeker meant no harm whatsoever?

The two wolves—from the same place it would appear—came across as friendly enough but Hawkspur was ever the suspicious one. His eyes cast themselves warily around the area, scouting for signs of any friends that conveniently ended up in the same place as well, before he settled his twin gazers on his "jumpers." His headpiece was tilted back a touch, his eyebrow still keenly arched to keep alive that his air of suspicion was still aroused, no matter what malarkey decided to come from each other mouth's. Silver Creek, eh? They would be the second and third respectively, that he'd met from that place and the first meeting hadn't gone as well as the white female Tiamat might've hoped. "I don't believe in coincidence." The Neve'heth boy shot back at Takashi, staring plainly at him as he did so.
For him it was mind-boggling to why they hadn't jumped him. They had just caught him red handed on their lands… although he was aware that this wasn't a claimed land due to the fact Tiamat never mentioned any forests in her explanation, but their backyard nevertheless. For coming near the Hó'nehe lands or on them and Hawk would've jumped them in a second, without questions and without a care that he'd just met them. What kind of a wet reason was that? Flicking his ears indignantly, he offered, "Hawkspur. Of the Hó'nehe Tribe."
Another guarded glance was cast over them both, before he added with the border-line of distaste, "I've met one of you before." Meaning, a Silver Creek wolf.

Slight delay!, and I'm going to just have Kimoto leave this thread. Sorry!
A smirk crossed Kimoto's maw when he heard his friends words. When Taka and Kimoto were in the same area, it was most likely coincidence, but the way they run into each other, you'd think they were planning the whole thing. Yet, it was kind of hard not meeting a tribal wolf nowadays, they were new, and therefore everyone wanted a piece of them. Whether on their own lands, or unclaimed lands. And today, Kimoto felt himself need a bit of time with the tribe wolf, simply to get some idea of where, and how they came here (little did he know they were here first)
Lowering to his haunches, another lick to his lips, his perked when the male spoke of his name. It even had a tribal like sound to it, what ever that was. "Well, hello then Hawkspur. I believe I've been to your lands before, met a female named Sakari there..." he finished, his ears perked then. Sakari had been one of the wolves that he'd actually met on the lands, and therefore there meeting was quite strange, yet he enjoyed it somewhat. "Oh, so you've been to Silver Creek before?" he questioned, quite unsure of what he meant by "one of you before".
Glancing toward Takashi, a puzzled look on his face, he pondered leaving the area. He was growing bored, and had the slightest feeling that Hawkspur wouldn't be supplying him with the information he wanted anytime soon. "I'm heading back to Silver Creek" he mouthed to Takashi, his head dipping a moment, as if nodding, before he turned on his toes "Nice meeting you Hawkspur" he mumbled while leaving. He definatly needed to tell one of his alpha's about the tribal wolves, they were starting to leave the confindments of their homelands...

When the other male shot back to him that coincidence was not a believable explanation, all he could do was shrug in innocence, having no other way to convince the other that it was indeed true. How else could he and Kimoto prove their reason if words alone was not enough? But it was understandable that Hawkspur, as he introduced himself, would be wary, and Takashi would not be feeling offended with the tone that had been used. At least a name was offered, and Hawkspur definitely didn’t hide the fact that he was of the tribe, and seemed quite proud of it as well; that was a good thing to know, to find one who wasn’t ashamed of his or her heritage and stand proudly even amongst two strangers.
The comment made that Hawkspur had met one of them before was a bit of a curiosity. Who had this male met from the Creek? Kimoto asked a question, but seemed to have grown bored of this whole thing and instead decided to head back home, but not before Takashi caught on to the name of Sakari, another female from the tribe that he had also run into prior. She had been the one to chase him plus two others out of their tribal grounds, and thus was the reason why he was being a bit guarded around Hawkspur. Turning his head back to the other male, he wondered if the other would believe him now, that the two Creekers were not out to jump him on purpose. ”Nice to meet you, Hawkspur. Who else have you met from Silver Creek?” He inquired, merely curious. It would appear he and Kimoto weren't the only ones from the Creek running into tribal wolves.

The squeaky-mouthed one that had happened upon him first, settled down into a comfortable sit, mouthed off comments and questions, then before waiting for any answers was upon his paws and off into the distance. The only thing that further rang of his departure in the place Kimoto had been was a "Nice meeting you Hawkspur", which the Neve'heth lad knew wasn't true in the first place, since he was an unsavoury character to be around and quite enjoyed that fact nonetheless. After the dust had settled from where Creek wolf number one had left, Hawkspur turned his attention back to the second one of the two; the one that unfortunately decided to stick around, with a sceptical look on his face, lips pursed and further arched eyebrows. It took only seconds for Takashi to ask a question, which was met within seconds by an exaggerated roll of his eyes and a huffing sigh that trailed off into the softer rumblings of a growl. It was almost offensive to him that Takashi should keep asking him these questions and have an obvious expectation that he should remember the names of those cretins that had plagued him so.
Nevertheless it came bluntly and plainly from his foul-little mouth, except the end was riddled with derision. "Tiamat, Isadora. Most charming experience of my life."

While he was trying his best to be on good terms with the tribal wolf, Takashi could see that it was not something the other was willing to put forth as well. Perhaps it had been the manner in which the two Creekers happened upon him, but it was not something the Lachduinn could really help. Even if he apologized, Hawkspur obviously would not have taken his word for it. Kimoto had been quick to depart the scene, and the tri-toned male wondered if he shouldn’t go ahead and follow on after his packmate’s steps as well, that perhaps it was a better idea to leave the tribe wolf alone and to his own musings.
Perhaps the other was simply having a bad day and it was just riding upon his hide to make every single valley wolf feel his displeasure. But either way, he was hoping to keep this meeting at least amiable and if it would not turn out so, at least exit the scene without any extra tension in the air. Attitude or not, Takashi would try and be civil with Hawkspur; it was better to have a friend than an enemy.
He recalled Tiamat having told him about the experience she had with a tribe wolf, and it would appear that Hawkspur was the individual she met up with. Nodding his head to indicate that at least one of the name was familiar, he spoke up. ”I know Tiamat, and I’m sorry if you’ve had an unpleasant encounter with her or any other Creeker. We do not wish to anger anyone without cause.” Hopefully, his words would be taken for its sincerity.

We should thread again sometime soon! <3
Takashi was eager to be amicable and keep the atmosphere of this meeting as genial, and possibly jovial, as possible. It hadn't escaped the Hó'nehe's notice and to be honest, he found it odd, if not laughable, how this essential stranger was going out of his way to be civil when he was a trespasser no less. That fact alone hadn't prevented him from violating the borders of the Salvaje wolves and as there was no pack on these lands, he didn't see why he didn't have the right to walk all over them as he pleased. Even if a pack did reside here, Hawk would still arrogantly assume that he had that same right, given they where doing just the same every minute of every day. And in light of that, coupled with the sliding coincidence of words, Hawkspur would suddenly find a sharper tongue residing in his head and his moodier streak would come into play. A vicious twitch of his tail denoted such a change and his eyes narrowed with the lowering of his coca-spangled ears.
"Then you shouldn't be trespassing on our lands." He snorted indignantly to signify that as far as he was concerned the meeting was over, before turning around to leave Takashi at any case, clearly not finding the Creeker's warm personality as infectious as it should've been.

Most definitely! Thanks for finishing this up with me! <3

Takashi was trying his best to keep everything civil and friendly in hopes of alleviating the tensions already present in the air between the Creekers and the tribal wolves. While the Salvaje residents knew not about their mysterious neighbors, the others were also canines who had rules and procedures as well. True, some premises have been violated whether it was on purpose or intentional, but that did not mean that he and Hawkspur should not get along just fine with each other, seeing how the two had yet to truly break any sort of rule or to offend each other. At least it was to the best of his knowledge anyway, and he saw nothing wrong with why they couldn’t get along.
Yet it appeared that he would be mistaken. Obviously, Hawkspur had some sort of anger against those who had trespassed – with good reason, Takashi was sure – and while he himself might be wary of the situation as well, the tri-toned male wouldn’t simply have shunned others for the sake of another’s mistake. However, it was difficult for Takashi to say anything in return for the other had turned away and simply left him standing there alone. So their meeting was over and while it was disappointing to have ended like so, there was nothing he could do now except to head towards home.
